Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the  proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 


All sales are final.
We strictly do not offer refunds.

We also do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Change of mind

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Incorrect color selected by customer

Exchange Policy (Wrong Item )

We only allow exchanges under the following conditions:

  • You received the wrong item (wrong design, size, or color not matching your order), or

  • The item received is factory defective

To qualify:

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • With complete tags and packaging

  • Must report within 48 hours upon receiving the parcel

  • Provide clear photos and unboxing video as proof

Failure to provide proof may result in denial of exchange request.

 

 Exchange Process

  1. Email us at fadgarmentsph@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the item.

  2. Attach your order number, photos, and unboxing video.

  3. Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

  4. Item must be shipped back within 3 days after approval.

 Shipping fees for exchanges:

  • If it’s our mistake (wrong/defective item) → We will shoulder the shipping fee.

  • If the issue is not valid / If Customer mistake → Customer will shoulder shipping costs.

⚠ Important Reminders

  • We do not accept returns due to sizing issues. Please refer to our size chart before ordering.

  • Slight color differences may occur due to lighting and screen settings.

  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or washing are not eligible for exchange.
